Returns & Refunds Policy
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted on select items only.
Please note that sale items and all handmade items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, including original packaging.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at leteremoana@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Once we receive your email, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to customs fees, international orders are not eligible for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email within 3 days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including:
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were sent
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at leteremoana@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the issue. We’ll review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur
