Shipping & Processing Information


We process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). Once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, it is officially in their care. While we no longer have control over the shipment at that point, we are always happy to assist where possible. If any issues arise during transit, please contact the courier directly and feel free to reach out to us as well.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive automatic email updates, including a tracking number. Please make sure the email you enter at checkout is correct so you don’t miss any updates. We highly encourage all customers to monitor their tracking once it’s provided.


If you live in an area with high foot traffic or visibility, we recommend keeping a close eye on deliveries. For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is strongly encouraged, especially for areas where packages may be stolen or in the rare event a package is lost in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.


Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your items, ensuring you only pay for what you’re purchasing rather than a higher flat rate. All shipping options and delivery timelines are set by USPS/UPS, and delivery speed is outside of our control once the package is shipped.


Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, but we always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. If any unexpected delays occur, we will post clear updates on our website.


Important note for non-mainland shipping:

If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, or other non-mainland locations and you need your order sooner, we recommend selecting Priority shipping. Ground Advantage is the slowest option and may take several weeks or longer.
